2009-04-01 Mr. Flaig secured a settlement in the amount of $300,000 for a minor who was shot in the eye with a pellet. The case is not over....... 
2009-07-01 Mr. Flaig was recently selected to the SuperLawyers Rising Stars which was published in the July 2009 issue of Los Angeles Magazine as well as the SuperLawyers Magazine.
2010-01-20 Donald W. Flaig, Esq. becomes a member of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
